Local Info.

      All the "important" things in life are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the townhouse: Starbucks©, sushi, grocery store, and movie theater. In about 10 minutes you can walk from the townhouse to Lake Dillon. In the heart of winter Lake Dillon freezes solid and hosts all kinds of great winter fun: ice sailing, kite boarding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and ice fishing. When the summer breezes blow warm and silky join the locals at the Tiki Bar down at the Dillon Marina. Perhaps you'll take in an afternoon on the water; boats may be rented at the marina. Or spend the day hiking through the rocky Mountains just minutes from the townhouse.
      By car, in less than 5 minutes you arrive at the Silverthorne Outlet stores where you can shop for anything from sports equipment to business suits, kitchen supplies to Aspen log furniture. The choices are incredibly diverse and all within walking distance of one another. Or you can warm your toes next to the outdoor fire pit, while you wait for your family and friends to finish their shopping. Traveling from 6 minutes to 40 minutes by car gets you to any of the major ski areas.
      If you don't have a car, don't worry! The free Summit Stage Bus takes you just about anywhere in Summit County. There are a couple of stops within walking distance of the townhouse. And, transportation is available from Denver International Airport (DIA) with Colorado Mountain Express (CME) , a shared van transport company with some door to door service.

Rental Conditions

3 night minimum between Nov. 1- Mar. 31.
7th night is always free.
$100.00 cleaning fee per visit.
$200.00 Security Deposit, refundable if unit is found in good condition.
$300.00 rental deposit and signed rental agreement reserves your dates. Rental deposit is credited toward your total amount due.
Reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellations must be made in writing and received no later than 60 days prior to check-in date; rental deposit will be forfeited.
We are sorry, but there are no refunds for reservations canceled within 60 days of check-in date. May we suggest Travel Insurance. Information can be found at the

Vacation Rental by Owner site

No pets. (HOA rule)
No smoking.
No maid or linen service is provided during your stay. However, you will find multiple sets of clean sheets and towels as well as a washer and dryer, in the unit.
Maximum number of guests 6. A fee will be charged for each extra person.
We regret this townhome is not wheelchair friendly.
